How we price
Flat-rate plumbing. The price first.
We quote the job before we start. The number we say is the number you pay — even if the job runs long or hits a surprise. No hourly meter, no guessing.

Why it matters
The bill is the part people complain about
Read the bad plumbing reviews around Tahlequah and almost none of them are about the pipework. They are about the bill: a price nobody would give up front, a charge that arrived in the mail later, or fees that no one would explain.
Flat-rate pricing fixes that. You know what the job costs before it starts, and you can say no. If the job turns out harder than we expected, that is our problem, not yours.
Side by side
Flat rate vs. the hourly meter
| Flat rate (us) | Hourly | |
|---|---|---|
| When you find out the price | Before any work starts | On the bill, after the work |
| If the job takes longer | Same price | You pay for every extra hour |
| If we hit a surprise | We tell you first; you decide | Often added to the bill |
| Who carries the risk | We do | You do |
| What you are paying for | The fix | Time |

Why don't you publish prices on the website?
Because no two jobs are the same, and a number on a website is a guess. A water heater in an open garage and one in a crawlspace are different jobs. We would rather look, or see a photo, and give you one firm price for your job than print a low 'starting at' number that turns into something else on the day.
What if you find something else wrong?
We stop and tell you before we touch it. We explain what we found, what it costs to fix, and whether it needs doing now. You decide. Nothing is added to your bill without your yes.
Is flat-rate more expensive than hourly?
Not in the way people fear. Hourly pricing looks cheaper until the job runs long, and then you pay for the extra time. With a flat rate, a slow job costs us, not you. You also know the number before you commit, so you can compare.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
Sometimes. For many small jobs a clear photo is enough. Text a picture of the problem with your town to (918) 822-7918. For bigger jobs we need to see it first, and then we give you one price for the whole thing.
