Plumber in Eldon, OK

Eldon sits where US-62 meets Highway 51 in the Baron Fork valley, about nine miles east of the shop. It is a small place — around 116 housing units — and small places are exactly where a plumber who answers his own phone matters most.

An Eldon plumber, not a call center

There is no water department office and no inspector out here to call for advice. When something goes wrong in an Eldon house, the homeowner usually has to work out for himself whether it is the well, the line, the septic or the fixture. Dustin will talk that through with you on the phone before anybody spends money.

We quote the job before we start and the number we say is the number you pay, even if the work runs long. Calls answered 7 AM to 5 PM; we are not a 24-hour company. Oklahoma plumbing license OK203156.

Straight about our hours

We are not a 24-hour company

We work 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and turn up when we say. If something goes wrong after hours, do this first:

  • Water where it shouldn't be

Shut off the main valve. Once the water is off, it can wait for a proper repair.

  • You smell gas

Leave the house. From outside, call 911 and your gas company.

  • Sewage coming up a drain

Stop running water: no flushing, no laundry. Then call us.

Is Eldon too far out for you?

No. It is nine miles and about thirteen minutes east of the shop, and we work the whole east side of Cherokee County. Phone and photo estimates are free. A visit to size up a job carries a trip charge, and you are told what it is first.

My crawl space is wet and I do not know why. Can you tell?

Usually yes. We look for the difference between ground water and plumbing water: a leaking drain joint smells and runs when a fixture is used, a supply leak runs all the time, and ground water comes and goes with the weather. Once we know which it is, you get a flat price to fix the plumbing side.

What does it cost to get a plumber out here?

One flat price for the job, quoted before we start, with no hourly meter. The estimate itself is free on the phone or from a photo. If the problem has to be found before it can be priced, Dustin tells you what coming out and finding it costs first.
